International Bahá’í Film Festival
This Film Festival started as a post Bicentenary initiative to the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the founder of the Bahá’í Faith, His Birth being celebrated annually in Scottsdale. Eleven films will be shown on the auditorium’s big screen. Included in the film festival is the screening of the new documentary “The Gate” which is about the life of the co-founder of the Bahá’í Faith titled “The Báb”, the recent documentary of “Changing the world one wall at a time” which is about the Education Is Not A Crime campaign which created more than 40 murals around the world, The West Wind’s Production of “The Baha’i Faith”, The BBC Production of “Iranian Revolution Justice” and several short films about International Bahá’í community activities and some local Bahá’í productions. The Film Festival is a great opportunity to learn about Bahá’ís and their international activities, current issues, history, teachings of the Faith and watch the spiritual principals of the Faith in action all captured by talented film producers.
